for discussion, support and weekly topics relating to depression.

ThroughBlue is a Wellington based weekly support group for women navigating depression and anxiety, with both online and in-person options available. In a compassionate and safe space, we come together to share our experiences and learn from one another. The groups are facilitated by a NZAC registered counsellor, who offers information and guides discussion around a specific topic each week.

Monday Group | 6:30 - 8:30 pm Online (Zoom)

For individuals who are immune-compromised or unable to attend in person. We also accept applications from those outside of Wellington. 

Friday Group | 12:30 - 2:30 pm In-Person

For those who prefer in-person support. 

Whether you choose to meet virtually or face-to-face, you're not alone—let's journey together. 

Depression is a difficult and painful illness which is often very isolating. At ThroughBlue you are not alone.
